I have a big problem with Blogger. Someone managed to get their email address into my Google Blogger account. I have to sign in using their email.
I've tried and tried to solve this, using Google help, but unable to get anyhere. I'm afraid my blog is going to disappear. Does anyone know how to contact someone at Google directly? I can't find a way to communicate with anyone.
Or--if anyone knows how I can resolve this issue, please give me a clue. Meanwhile, if my blog disappears, you know why.
Thank you, in advance.

Not perfectly sure if I understand the problem. You still have access to your account (you can still post a message), can't you change the settings? Change your account to another email-address for yourself? There is a blogger helpdesk (help button in the dashboard). Hope you sort it out!
I don't know the answer either, but if I were in your shoes, I'd look into making a backup copy of your blog as soon as possible. I googled the topic and a few links came up that looked potentially helpful.
Good Luck!
Once I had a problem and found that Google has a forum for discussing blogs. I was able to get help there. Now, can I find it now? It was one of those things I found link to link to link....I think Sigrid has the right idea. Would this person have access to your blog? How about sending them an email and asking them to change?
You can change the email address that controls your blog (assuming you are still the admin) & then remove the other one. I just did this because the gmail a/c I used was getting so much spam. So I just made a new one, transferred all of my blog over & now I have a new profile but same blog.
Here is a link to the Blogger help forum. http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/blogger/label?lid=0271191b4249689a&hl=en
Hope this helps. Luckily I stuck it in my faves.
I don't understand how you are able to login as someone else to your blog.
But, if you can login with admin permission, then add yourself back to the blog with admin permission. After you have done that and are able to post as yourself again, delete the user that you don't want.
Make a copy of your blog immediately. Follow the directions for downloading your content before you attempt anything.
I agree. Back up the blog then work on changing the admin. If that doesn't work are you able to transfer this blogs content to another carrier? I think I have heard of this done.
I hope that you get it worked out, I love reading your blog! I agree that the email help isn't the most responsive.
